Can you buy TikTok followers?
Yes. Lots of UK accounts already have. What matters is understanding the transaction: what you pay for, where the followers come from and what they will and won’t do.

The quick answer
You can buy TikTok followers from independent shops, including this one, by paying for a fixed-size pack sent to a public username. It is not illegal in the UK. It is against TikTok’s rules on fake engagement, which is why some of the followers may be removed later. That is the whole picture in two sentences; the rest of this page fills in the detail.
How paying for TikTok followers works
The mechanics are the same almost everywhere. You choose a size, give the shop your public username, and pay. The shop passes the order to a supplier network, and accounts on that network follow you over the following hours or days. A good shop paces the delivery, offers refills for a while, and never needs your password. Here, that looks like this:
- Pick followers and a size in the order box.
- Type your username; a preview confirms it is the right profile.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, once, in pounds.
- Delivery starts within minutes and is spread out.
What your money buys
You are paying for a delivery: a number of follows, arriving at a set pace, with a promise to replace drops for 30 days. You are not paying for people who will watch, a better position on the For You page, or a guarantee that the followers last forever. Shops that sell “targeted fans” or “organic growth” are dressing up the same service with claims they can’t support. Our page on “real” followers explains why.
The price in pounds
Here, the smallest follower pack is £2.99 (100) and the biggest £57.99 (10,000), which is between 3p and 0.58p per follower. Elsewhere in the UK market you will see similar sizes for anything from a pound to over £100; the UK price guide explains the spread.
| Pack | Cost per follower | You pay |
|---|---|---|
| 100 | 3p each | £2.99 |
| 250 | 2p each | £4.99 |
| 500 | 1.6p each | £7.99 |
| 1,000 | 1.2p each | £11.99 |
| 2,500 | 0.88p each | £21.99 |
| 5,000 | 0.66p each | £32.99 |
| 10,000 | 0.58p each | £57.99 |
Why people buy them
Almost always it is about first impressions. New accounts want to stop looking empty. Small businesses want their TikTok to look as established as the shop. Creators whose one video took off want the profile to catch up. In each case the follower count is the thing a visitor sees in the half-second they spend deciding whether to follow, and a pack changes that number.
What a pack won’t do
- It won’t make TikTok show your videos to more people. The For You feed ranks videos on how viewers respond, which our For You page explainer covers.
- It won’t bring comments, shares, sales or bookings.
- It won’t qualify you for Creator Rewards by itself, because TikTok checks views and other conditions too.
- It won’t stay perfectly intact; some drop-off is normal.
Who shouldn’t buy
If your account is about to be reviewed for a brand deal on the strength of its audience, don’t inflate it: brands look at views and engagement, and a mismatch damages trust. If your videos aren’t getting watched, fix that first; followers on a profile nobody reaches change very little. And if you can’t afford to lose the money, don’t spend it on followers at all.
Going ahead sensibly
Start small and in proportion, keep posting, and never share a login. For most accounts in the low hundreds, 1,000 followers is the natural first step; for brand-new ones, 250. Read is it safe? if you haven’t yet.
