Delivery times and the 30-day refill

The first few minutes

Delivery normally begins a few minutes after the payment goes through, any time of day or night. You don’t need to do anything after paying except keep the account or video public.

How long each size takes

These are typical times, not guarantees. Busy periods can add a few hours.

The case for slow delivery

Real accounts grow in steps: a video does well, people follow over the next few hours. A count that leaps by thousands in a minute looks nothing like that, to visitors or to TikTok. So we spread every order out, and the bigger it is, the longer we take.

What to avoid while it runs

• Switching the account or video to private.
• Changing your username (followers go to the name you typed).
• Deleting or re-uploading the video (likes are tied to that exact video).
• Running another order to the same target from anywhere else.

Claiming a top-up within the month

TikTok removes accounts it doesn’t trust, so some drop-off after delivery is normal. For 30 days after an order finishes, if your count falls, email support@buy-tiktok-followers-uk.com with your ord_ reference and roughly how many have gone. We top it back up free. You can claim more than once in the 30 days.

What the refill doesn’t cover

Drops caused by making the account private, changing the username, deleting the video, or followers you removed yourself. And it can’t cover drops more than 30 days after delivery finished; after that, a new order is the only option.

If an order seems stuck

If nothing has happened two hours after payment, or a large order hasn’t moved for a day, email us with the ord_ reference. Most “stuck” orders turn out to be a private account or a mistyped username, both of which we can sort out. If we can’t deliver part of an order, that part is refunded; see refunds.
