Privacy notice
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under UK data protection law.
The details on file
- Order details: the TikTok username or video link, the pack, the price and your order reference.
- Payment confirmation: that a payment succeeded and its reference. Your card details go to the hosted payment page and never reach us.
- Emails you send us, so we can answer them.
What we store in your browser
Your trolley and a note of where you first arrived from (for example a search engine) are kept in your browser’s local storage so the trolley survives a page reload. The last username you typed is kept for the session only. We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Reasons we use it
To deliver your order, to provide refills and refunds, to answer you, and to prevent fraud. The lawful bases are performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the shop.
Third parties involved
The payment provider (to take payment), our delivery supplier (the username or video link and the pack size only), and our hosting provider. We don’t sell data.
Retention periods
Order records are kept for 90 days, then deleted, unless we need them longer for a dispute or a legal obligation. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your query.
Profile previews
When you type a username, we fetch that account’s public profile details (name, picture, follower count) to show a preview. We don’t store them beyond a short cache.
Your UK GDPR rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Email support@buy-tiktok-followers-uk.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
